I have already confessed that I fell in love with Singapore. One of the reasons I feel this way is its interesting and authentic tourist attractions.
One such attraction is the Cloud Forest situated in the beautiful Gardens by the Bay. Covered in lush vegetation, the Cloud Forest is an imposing mountain enclosed in a glass globe. It is embellished with a variety of flowers, rare plants and a lovely waterfall. This 35 meters high artificial waterfall is considered the world’s tallest indoor waterfall.
The Cloud Forest seems to hide a mysterious world of plants and flowers. There is an elevator inside the mountain waiting to take you on an interesting journey. A few narrow walkways are designed around the top of the mountain in order to create the feeling that you are actually between the clouds. The entire image is simply breathtaking.
In case you are interested in finding out information about different species of plants, you should know that there is a Black Box. This is actually an information center situated inside the mountain.
I must say that I was amazed from the first moment I saw the Cloud Forest and I felt the refreshing mist of its lovely waterfall. It goes without saying that this is a place that should be visited, but in case I haven’t convinced you yet, maybe the following pictures will.
