Zoos are those types of places that I try not to miss when I travel. On this note, I couldn’t leave Singapore without visiting its famous zoo.
Singapore Zoo is a fabulous wildlife park which includes a lot of specially designed areas meant to imitate the natural habitats of a lot of species of mammals, birds and reptiles. Covering an area of 26 hectares, this zoo reunites species from all over the world.
Singapore Zoo is considered one of the most beautiful zoos in the world and I must confess that after visiting it, it became my favorite zoo. It is a real delight to admire all those varieties of species: monkeys, baboons, chimpanzees, gorillas, lions, tigers, zebras, elephants, giraffes, rhinoceroses, bears, crocodiles, turtles, bats, parrots and so on. These are the first species that came to my mind, but believe me that Singapore Zoo hosts a lot more. I must confess that I had no idea about the existence of many of them.
I will definitely write an entire article dedicated to Singapore Zoo with a lot of interesting details about this place, but right now I would like to show you a few amazing pictures that I have taken there. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’m sure that the following pictures will convince you to plan a trip to Singapore Zoo.
